Vi kommer byta till elektroniska lås på entréerna, källargången, ingångarna till källaren, skyddsrummen, tvättstugorna i 3C och 5I, övernattningsrummet samt en del teknikutrymmen. Befintliga nycklar kommer fungera ytterligare en tid på entrédörrarna men på sikt kommer dörrar med elektroniskt lås inte gå att öppna med nyckel.

Alla lägenheter har fått tre taggar med normal behörighet. Det kommer finnas möjlighet att beställa fler taggar om man har behov av det. Önskar man taggar med mindre behörighet t.ex. bara entrén till det egna trapphuset går det också bra oavsett om det gäller nya eller befintliga taggar.

Hemtjänst m.m. kan få taggar direkt från föreningen, då kan de använda samma tagg till alla trapphus där de behöver komma in. (Vi ser även till att de som delar ut post, tidningar m.m. kommer in.)

Det finns ingen porttelefon i systemet men entréerna kan öppnas med en kod som är unik per trapphus och byts regelbundet. Tanken är att man ska kunna dela ut denna till besökare. Dessa koder kommer när allt är klart bli tillgängliga via appen/webbsidan där man bokar tvättid (eftersom alla har inloggning dit).

Har man ett Yale Doorman lås på sin dörr kommer det finnas möjlighet att få taggarna som tillhör detta lås inlagt i systemet. Det går även att få andra kort/taggar inlagda men systemet behöver kunna skriva till kortet/taggen så det ska vara kort/taggar som man själv äger (av typen Mifare Classic/Plus/Desfire). Taggar som har delats ut av föreningen tillhör lägenheten och lämnas till nästa ägare alternativt fastighetsskötaren när lägenheten säljs. Tappar man en tagg ska detta anmälas till föreningen så snart som möjligt och man kan då få en ersättningstagg utan kostnad (om det inte rör sig om upprepade fall på kort tid).

Vi har begränsat vad som loggas i systemet men vissa händelser sparas en månad. Tidpunkten när en tagg senast användes sparas så länge taggen finns kvar i systemet. Det är bara en person i styrelsen som kommer åt de loggar som innehåller personuppgifter. Loggarna kan användas för felsökning av systemet. Vid inbrott eller liknande kan loggarna lämnas över till polisen men aldrig till boende.

Som boende kan man få reda på hur många och vilka taggar/kort (inkl. namn på ev. registrerade personer) som hör till den egna lägenheten samt när dessa senast användes.

We will change to electronic locks on the entrances, the basement corridor, the entrances to the basement, the shelters, the laundry rooms in 3C and 5I, the overnight room and some technical rooms. All apartments have been given three tags with normal access. It will be possible to order more tags if you need it. If you want tags with less access, e.g. just the entrance to your own stairwell it’s also fine, regardless of whether it is new or existing tags.

There is no intercom in the system, but the entrances can be opened with a code that is unique per stairwell and changed regularly. These codes can be shared to visitors and will be, when everything is ready, available via the app/website where you book the laundry time (because everyone has a login there).

If you have a Yale Doorman lock on your door, it will be possible to have the tags belonging to this lock inserted in the system. It is also possible to have other cards / tags inserted, but the system needs to be able to write to the card / tag so it must be cards / tags that you own (of the type Mifare Classic / Plus / Desfire). Tags that have been handed out by the association belong to the apartment and are left to the next owner or the caretaker when the apartment is sold. If you drop a tag, this must be reported to the association as soon as possible and you can then receive a replacement tag free of charge (except for repeated cases in a short time).

We have limited what is logged in the system but some events are saved for a month. The time when a tag was last used is saved as long as the tag remains in the system. Only one person on the board can access the logs that contain personal information. The logs can be used to troubleshoot the system. In the event of a burglary or similar, the logs can be handed over to the police but never to residents.

As a resident, you can get information about which tags / cards (incl. names of registered users) that belong to your own apartment and when these were last used.
